Transfering domains already registered with another registrar (i.e. Network Solutions) to us is quick and easy.
However, please read the checklist below to ensure you qualify the transfer.- Registrar transfers for domains that are On Hold or Past Due with the current registrar, are NOT allowed.
- Start the registrar transfer process at least two weeks before the expiry of the domain.
- Transfer is NOT allowed if the domain has not been registered for at least 60 days. If you do, the year paid to the old registry will be lost and they do not give refunds.
- Make sure the Admin Contact Email address for the domain is valid. Contact the current registrar to make this change if necessary, before an attempt to transfer. Make sure you have access to this admin email.
- Please note, once you start this process your credit card will be charged. If there are any problems with the transfer due to failure to following the above conditions, you will not be refunded.
- After submitting the transfer order, an Email will be sent to the Admin Contact Email address of the domain to be transferred. You must confirm the transfer by following instructions listed in the email within 7 days. This includes a unique URL which displays an option to either accept or decline the transfer.
